Hillside apartments is available to all seniors aged 62 and older, or with disability/handicap regardless of age. Hillside is located in the vicinity of the Acadia Family Health Center, Madawaska Recreation and Parks and Ridgewood Estates. This makes Hillside Apartments a prime viewing spot of the St. John River and New Brunswick, Canada. Rents are based on 30% of adjusted income. All rents include heat, hot water and electric. Each apartment has its own entrance from outdoors, an elevator is available for ease of access of second and third floors. Some amenities of the housing complex include ceiling fans in each apartment, 24 hour emergency maintenance, laundry facilities on each floor and a community room available to all tenants. Pets are allowed with separate deposit (some restrictions apply).
