This complex is one of the larger apartment projects. It is located on Sunset Drive which is located just before the Catholic church on Route 161 in St. Francis. It was constructed in two parts over several years. Besides 26 one and two bedroom units we have a large community room with kitchen and bathroom facilities. There are also two laundry rooms on the premises. Originally constructed to provide housing for only elderly or disabled tenants, it now allows low income families to occupy some of the units. This is a Rural Development subsidized project for low to moderate income tenants. There are two market rent units available (not subsidized). This project is owned by the St. Francis Development Corporation.
