Professional in the Real Estate Sales and Management since 1973

We are a family owned company with an office located at 8 East Main Street, Fort Kent, Maine.  Originally established by Louis P. Albert, we have served the real estate needs of buyers and sellers since 1973.  Ownership was transferred to Louis' son Michael Albert in 2004.  Originally a real estate only company, in 1981 we became property managers for several major housing complexes in the Fort Kent area.  We now have clients in Allagash, St. Francis, St. John plantation, Eagle Lake, St. Agatha and Fort Kent.  We provide housing to elderly, disabled, subsidized and non-subsidized individuals and/or families.  We also manage rentals for local property owners as well as others from far and wide needing our services.
